Get Spooky with us!
Bring the whole family (two- and four-legged alike) to Palm Valley Animal Society’s Howlin’ Harvest Festival! This fall celebration is packed with festive fun — from delicious food and games to live music and pet-friendly activities. Join us as we partner with local radio stations and community supporters to create a lively atmosphere where every ticket, treat, and raffle entry helps PVAS care for thousands of shelter pets across the Rio Grande Valley. Whether you’re here for the music, the costumes, or the chance to meet adoptable pets, you’ll be making a difference in the lives of animals in need.
